First :
Pound the fillet ; not only for making the meat more tender but also to make it the same thickness so that's cooked evenly
Marinade 1kg of chicken breast with
Half lime
1tsp salt
5 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp crushed blackpepper
1 tsp barbeque sauce
1 tbs dried rosemary
3 tbs cooking oil
Marinade for 30 min
Grilled in the pan 5 minutes each side
Rest them 5 minutes before slicing
