MAIN GOAL
MAINTAINING HEALTHY SCHEDULE ESPECIALLY NIGHT BED TIME SO I CAN "REHAB" FASTER IN THE NORMAL TIME

TO DO:
1. Accepting the fact that period is healthy and part of Allah's fate to all women

2.Keep Praying 
For : Myself (seeking refuge and forgiveness), hubby, parents, siblings, in-laws,  ummah 

3. Control the appetite

4. Stop the activities when adzan. Answer the adzan, make du'a, dzikr, murojaah. 

5. Take as much rest as possible 

6. Make du'a (again) 
Allahumma inni a'udzubika minal munkarotil akhlaqi, wal a'amali, wal ahwaa'i
